Does the problem affect everything at one physical site?

• Maybe its a network problem.
  • Check router and switch logs, bandwidth graphs, look for unusual traffic patterns.
    • Has the configuration changed lately?
    • If not, maybe its a problem from outside.

Is only one dom0 affected?

• Check dmesg.
• Check console log.
