Adding a subnet

Steps for adding a new subnet for domUs.

1. Setup the zone for reverse dns.
2. Add the ip address to the router as the default gateway.
3. Add the subnet info to domucreate.bash for the static ip configuration.
4. Add the subnet info to dhcpd.conf for the dhcp configuration.
