Opteron steppings

Summary: B3 and higher steppings are desirable. Apparently Linux can work around the TLB bug, but AMD advised vendors to ship a permanently-enabled BIOS workaround. The BIOS workaround is about a 10% performance hit as I recall.

If the code ends with a GH, it's a B3. If GD, it's B2.
